The summit is designed to address recent presentations on Educational development, Finance, Management, Educational Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Computing, Information Technology, Digital Revolution, Social Science, Languages and more.
It is an opportunity to network with the major players in Canada and Africa Educational Business, professional and academic community as well as from other participating countries.
REGISTRATION PACKAGE:

- Four (4) Nights Hotel Accommodations

- Visitors Visas Processing Services.
The sum of the above listed registration package is valued at $5,000 USD.
NOTE: Your Flight Ticket is NOT included in the above listed registration Requirement package.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Interested delegates are required to provide the following at registration.
- Data page of international passport (scanned and emailed to inquiry@actlap.com) with the reference code of the applicable summit.
- Detailed name and address of Organization or Company represented and contact phone number of delegate.
- The summit registration fee of $3,500 USD (it covers Hotel reservation, local logistics and transportation); it’s required to be paid up front.
However, reservation/registration fees must be received on or before
Monday 30th September 2022; to facilitate visa processing. There will be no extensions.
Summit registration fee shall be deducted from the total package cost, the balance is what is payable after Visa had being approved.
VISA REQUIREMENT:
Visa processing fee of $1,500 USD (payable after registration process is completed).
Further visa information and services is only available to delegates who registered for the summit on or before the registration deadline.
All visa application will be submitted online. Digital copies of required documents will be requested later with the online biometrics. However, if you have done data capture within the past 10 years, biometrics will not be required.
Note that this fee will also be deducted from the total package after visa is issued.
Also, applicants applying for Canadian visas are now given a period of 90 days to complete their biometric data capturing. Visa duration depends on the expiration date on the passport, and the maximum duration is 10 years.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Summit registration fee, reservation fee visa and biometric fees are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
In the case of visa refusal or for other reasons, delegates have the option of attending the summit online and receive their electronic certificate of attendance with the paper presentation.
All other non processing payments made for the summit are FULLY REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENT METHOD:
All payments are in $USD and should be paid to ACTLAP Bank Account in Canada.
